Husband’s job

My husband is unsatisfied and discouraged at his job because of the way he's treated by coworkers (it's a construction job) and he feels exhausted and burnt out. Please pray things would get better and/or he would be able to transfer to somewhere with Christian coworkers and somewhere he enjoys more. He has always struggled to find a job that suits him and we really need the benefits and pension, so I worry about him leaving it but I also don't want him to be miserable or mistreated. Pray for him to find the right fit for him and be compensated well while also not feeling so burnt out or miserable
