Church: Vineyard Church
Pastor Matt is such a humble man; he takes time to invest in all of us to develop leaders. I appreciate his messages because he speaks truth from the scriptures, he doesn’t dilute them to fit our lifestyle. He lives the scriptures and also speaks truth about his own mistakes and failures, in doing this it makes him a real person to relate to, understanding even as a new Christian that you don’t have to be perfect to come to Christ. He develops prayer warriors and encourages all of us to pray for each other. He’s not only a Pastor but has a role as being a teacher, I appreciate how he hands out information that we can further study and is always open and available for guidance, support and prayer. Our vision and Mission statement is… Changing lives in our backyard and beyond… by going where God leads, doing what Jesus did, and disciplining everyone the Spirit calls. He stands by this vision and mission and leads all of us on this path to be the hands and feet of Jesus. In the last 5 years of being a part of the Vineyard, I truly feel like I belong, and we are all family. Thank you, Pastor Matt, for striving to be like Christ. His wife Robin is gentle and kind and does an amazing job with the children as she does children’s ministry. Thank you both for all that you do to make our church feel welcomed and loved.
