Pastor Dan (yes you are a Shepherd now!) It has been so amazing to see our kids ministry grow with you at the helm. Your attention to all the little details with the kids, your organization in getting the leaders everything they need to succeed, your patience and gentleness are so appreciated by everyone around you.
