The American Parkinson’s Disease Association of Minnesota (APDA MN) Optimism Walk is our annual walk and get together to raise funds to support people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) in Minnesota! There will be food, fun, family-friendly activities, community resources, a silent auction, and so much more!! The walk route is 1.1 miles around beautiful Lake Bennett and is wheelchair accessible (walk as much or as little as you choose) and will occur rain or shine! This event supports the work of the APDA MN (www.apdaparkinson.org/community/minnesota/) which works tirelessly every day to support and empower those in our community who are impacted by Parkinson’s disease (PD). We promote hope and optimism through innovative services, programs, education, exercise programs, and support, while also funding vital research.
