Lyngblomsten

Address: 1415 Almond Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55108 Number: (651) 646-2941

Lyngblomsten is a Christian nonprofit organization serving older adults and their families through healthcare, housing, and community-based services. Together, our 400+ employees—supported by hundreds of Lyngblomsten volunteers and donors—provide quality, person-centered care for our residents, tenants, community participants, and their families.

For more than a century, we’ve been caring for the elderly from our campus in Saint Paul, which today is home to the Lyngblomsten Care Center (short-term rehab, long-term skilled-nursing care), the Lyngblomsten Apartments (subsidized senior housing), and The Heritage at Lyngblomsten (market-rate assisted living). In 2023, we opened Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, a new continuum-of-care senior living campus at the corner of Hodgson Road and County Road J. This vibrant community will include rental townhomes, independent and assisted living apartments, memory care suites, and a host of campus amenities.

Lyngblomsten also is committed to serving older adults who are residing in their own homes and apartments. We do this through Lyngblomsten Community Services, which equips older adults for living well at home through an array of programs and resources. These opportunities include memory loss enrichment programming (including the Memory Collective and The Gathering, our award-winning group respite program), services and support for at-home caregivers (including one-on-one coaching and support groups), wellness education (including evidence-based wellness classes), and resources to churches (including the Care Ministry Network and Parish Nurse Ministry Resource Group).
