Erik shares: Krissy (my sister) spends her weekdays working as a restaurant manager and her weeknights driving her two young boys to/from hockey and making dinner.
She spends her weekends also driving to/from hockey, but in addition she bakes fresh bread and cookies for them to take to school for the upcoming week.
She uses most of her disposable income on her two boys making sure they have food, nice clothes, and hockey gear.
I want to recognize her for her hard work as a mom, which a lot of times goes unrecognized or as something you’re just “supposed to do”.
