David DeVel – North Point Church

While at the Caleb & John concert listening to John talk about when he was asked about if he would get to heaven on a scale of 1-10 it reminded me of when I got to 10. For years I felt for all my problems I was only ever a 1 tops but Pastor David sat down with me and told me that because we are saved by the grace of Jesus alone and not by works we can not fall out of his grace by our works either. After that I have realized that no matter how I mess up I am still at a 10. This realization really changed my faith and brought me so much closer to God and for that I thank him.
