Life-changing impact

Gabriel was nearly 3 years old but weighed just 6 pounds — the size of a newborn. His grandmother, Imelda, was heartbroken, watching him grow weaker. She tried to make him comfortable, thinking he wouldn’t survive much longer. Then a friend told her about Feed My Starving Children MannaPack® meals.

After just a few months of eating these meals, Gabriel grew to 18 pounds! Today, he’s healthy and thriving — thanks to the grace of God and the meals packed by volunteers at Feed My Starving Children.

At Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), everyone has the potential to make a life-changing impact.

Volunteers ages 5 and up are welcome in the FMSC packing room to help send meals to hungry kids and families around the world.

Every year, millions of children die from preventable causes such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria and undernutrition. Hunger is still causing nearly half the deaths in children under 5 years old. From this data, it is estimated at least 6,200 children die each day from causes related to undernutrition. This is heartbreaking.

Every child whole in body and spirit

As a Christian nonprofit, Feed My Starving Children is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit. FMSC meals are developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs and reduce problems with malnutrition. These meals are packed primarily by volunteers, then sent to a network of partner organizations that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development. Since our founding in 1987, FMSC has shipped over 4 billion meals to more than 100 countries.
